Future Stuff!
Super rover project: (Big Power on 2g & 3g and mast mount
preamp/amp for 5g)
Phase1:
- Triband high power Dish feed
- Need 100w Transfer relay for tower mount preamp.
- 5ghz wideband mast mount preamp. This should be able to hear
into the 2ghz
range and at least 2db NF?
- 5ghz AMP Mast mount.
Phase2:
My problem is thus: I can not do ONLY 2g or 3g since the TWT does both
and takes up all the space in the rack. SO I need to both at the same
time OR redesign the rack. I am choosing for now to try to do both.
- 2304 75 watts
- 1watt 2g driver amplifier design to be used to drive the
AML
amp.
- 75watt 2g AML amp modify to ham band and integrate
NEED 26v DC!
- 3456 80watts (2 * Pyro Joe).
- Need power splitter & combiner.
- NEED
12.0v DC!
- Need 100w 5 Band Switch relay!
- Uwave rack integration of the new AMPS and relay's
Phase3:
- 5ghz double or nothing! see if I can do two 5ghz amps on the
mast! That power plus the mast mount could mean a maximum of +6db over
what I had in 2006.
- 902mhz mod and integrate a new 150watt PA I picked up on
Ebay.
- KJ1K designed 6m beam construction.
Somewhere over the rainbow there has got to be a solution for 1296 but
that will remain on my wish list for now.
