Treasurer

Here is a special job.
- We need starter cash
- GATE needs to be able to break $20's but not $1's.
- 50/50 needs lots of singles since most tickets are $1
- raffle 7800 needs to be able to break anything since tickets or
$3 each.
- Raffle tickets
- need to ave fresh supply of tickets
- need to collect all pre-fest sales.
- Need to pay expenses for
- Need to collect money
- by profit centers so we know where the money went and came from
- Needs to take new members or renewals. So forms and cards should
be available.
,,,,,This does NOT need to be the currently elected treasurer. If the
treasurer can not be there he should select someone he trusts to do
things the way he wants them done. Lets face it we can trust most of us
with club money BUT recording everything properly is very important.
