Notes from the OTA Hamfest meeting:

• We need some one to be a treasurer
• make up starter cash for GATE/Ticket sales/Food sales
• collect money as sales end. Keep money seperate and counted by profit centers.
• New Member paper work!
  
• Tables! We need some for the info booth and food area.
• n1lzh volunteered ( I think she did, someone did)
• Aprons for collecting money. N1PUA had a few!
• We need a food list and $  so we know what to get next year.
• Next years volunteer schedules should be based on 6am open, 7am vendor open, 8am buyers open. I did 6am everything this year!.
