• Super station master antenna is dead. Temp=regular station master. Here is the best option, A Super Station Master 220-2n (See celwave catalog pages) Right now we are using a regular Station Master, no longer made but the compatible part is the Station Master II 200N. Quote from the spec sheets: "The 200n has been specifically designed for simplex systems, dispatch and paging applications in the 120-174 MHz frequency range."

 old supply 12V @ PA w/18watts RF out (12.4 @ supply)
(15amps calculated)
180watts DC to generate 18watts RF. Power conversion = 10:1

Good Supply:
13.93v @ Supply  24amps
13.3v  @  PA w/39 watts out
(0.63v wire drop@ 24amps =  0.02625ohms loss)
319watts DC to generate 39watts RF.  Power conversion = 8:1

As you can see the effiency is better with better power.

Duracomm power supplies Better made, a little more current than the 6 meter one. $20 more (list price) than the 6 meter one.
